Return and Refund Policy

 

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Treasures Again. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition and packaging, and include all tags, accessories, and documentation.

Steps to Return an Item:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@treasuresagain.com or call +1-234-567-8900 to initiate a return. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Our Customer Support team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s).

  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, and include your return authorization number and a copy of the original invoice.

  4. Ship the package to the return address provided by our Customer Support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in their original condition. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Conditions for Refunds:

  • The item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Any item(s) that are damaged, altered, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are defective.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process and indicate that you would like an exchange. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. If the new item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If it is of lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, once we confirm the issue.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

  • Opened or used personal care products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards
